Aravind is a B.E Graduate (Electronics & Communication Engineering) who has experience working as a Professional in the Software and Manufacturing sector for 5 years with specialization in Quality Service and Project Management, prior to venturing in the field of Yoga.
Aravind is a B.E Graduate (Electronics & Communication Engineering) who has experience working as a Professional in the Software and Manufacturing sector for 5 years with specialization in Quality Service and Project Management, prior to venturing in the field of Yoga.
He started his journey into the field of Yoga in 2009, learning various forms of it. He completed his Masters Degree in Yoga (M SC) from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA) in 2020.

Since then, Aravind has associated himself with Yoga Bharati, passionately imparting the Yogic education, practices and spreading awareness about good health practices for over 5+ years. He conducts group Yoga therapy sessions and also has experience in Iyengar yoga style, chair yoga, Pranayama, Yogic meditation and Mudras. He also lays emphasis on healthy diet being an enabler for overall well being. Aravind has also handled yoga sessions for corporates and occasionally gives lectures/talks on Yoga, Diet for Health awareness He is deeply passionate about spreading the goodness of Yoga as a means to achieve mental and physical strength, amongst all age groups, especially today's youth.
