Our comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course is designed to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to enhance your well-being and positively impact your community. Through a rich blend of theory and hands-on practice, you will be trained to teach inclusive, holistic yoga to adults and youth across diverse settings—including schools, organizations, and corporate environments.
This program lays a strong foundation for your yoga journey while deepening your understanding and practice. Led by experienced faculty and our revered spiritual guide Yogashree N.V. Raghuram, this training integrates classical wisdom with practical tools for modern living.
