YB Day 2025 was conducted at Athreya Farms with most of the Alumni with family had joined for a fun day.
Surya Yagna 2025 was a great success, as always, with participants progressively practicing 108 Surya Namaskaras over 18 days.
Mudra Vignana -The Science of Mudra
A Certificate course was conducted by Vijaya Hariharan, Yoga Bharati's Academic Head and Senior Therapist. The course was attended by 22 participants. The workshop went well with interactive sessions and great feedback from all the participants.
21 Days Yoga Sadhana from Nov 18th - Dec 16th 2024
Our teacher Ashwini Rao conducted a unique Seva session, Sound Bath Meditation, for Buddhist monks ( Bhikhu) at Gandhi Nagar Mahabodhi Vihar on 26 October, 2024. Almost 50 Monks who are on the spiritual path attended the session with great enthusiasm.
Psychosocial Competencies through Life Skills - 15-Hour Workshop for Yoga Professionals and Psychology Students was conducted by NIMHANS in collaboration with Yoga Bharati in August. 24 participants completed the workshop.
Our YB teachers Ravindra and Ambika conducted a session for Namma Metro Staff in Bangalore on August 3rd. Bangalore South Phase 2 DGM, Mr Sudhir attended and participated in the session. The session was well received and appreciated by the participants.
Gurupurnima is also our Guru YogaShri Raghuram Ji's birthday. His birthday was celebrated on 21st July along with the convocation ceremony of our 11th batch Yoga teacher training course. The Convocation ceremony of the Vedaantic Life coaching course was also conducted with 16 participants, 8 from Bangalore who came to receive certificates in person.
Chief guest was Dr Prahlada Ramarao an acclaimed missile and rocket scientist.
Our Senior Therapist Vijaya Hariharan along with the support of our teacher Ravindra conducted a wonderful session on 19th July 2024 for the Maharashtra police department. Instructions were given in Marathi and English. Breathing practices, mudras, were also introduced. All the cops from the crime branch team enjoyed the session as it was a stress buster for them with their routine.

Dr Shubha Chetan an Ayurvedic Physician and Yoga Therapist from Yogabharati Foundation conducted an online chair yoga session for 150 doctors on June 17th, 2024. The doctors were from Shri Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Medical & Rural Development Foundation's Dental College & Hospital, Ahmednagar Maharashtra.
58 participants had joined the Face Yoga online workshop. Dr Madhu's expertise and enthusiasm were evident in every aspect of the workshop. The techniques and exercises taught were effective and easy to incorporate into daily routines. All the participants were pleased with the workshop.
Ravindra Gaikwad, Yoga teacher and head of the Seva Vibhaga of Yoga Bharati takes all the Seva initiatives to conduct yoga sessions for underprivileged communities. 3 teachers Annapurna, Asmitha, and Suvarna took 3 different sessions on May 31st, June 4th and June 8th for Suryodhaya Boys School ( Orphanage School )
A wellness course for special educators and parents was conducted. 7 participants had joined and the course was well-tailored to help neurodivergent individuals.
Our YB teacher Ravindra conducted a session for Buddhist Monks at Mahabodhi Vihar. As we are aware they spend lots of time sitting in meditation, learning and working which at some point gets body stiffness, understanding their need he took a holistic approach of Sukshma Vyama and breathing practice which added value to their routine.

Navaratri Katha Yagna 2023 (Oct 15 to Oct 21) - online story sessions were conducted for 7 days with the theme "Bhakti Rasamrutam - the stories of Bhaktas". Beautiful narration of our great puranic kathas and their relevance in our lives mesmerized the listeners.
On 30th September, YB teachers Suchitra and Ravindra gave a fun-filled Hindi-Marathi combo yoga session for the Ramabhai girl's hostel at Nashik. Girls are from an underprivileged background and it was part of our Seva initiative.
Mr. Jalaj Sharma ( Collector of Nashik) witnessed the session and appreciated YB our seva initiative.
On 10th September 2023, YB teacher Ashwini took a Sound Bath Meditation session which was attended by around 50 participants and was very well received.
On 9th September 2023, two of our teachers Prajakta and Ravindra conducted an online session for the Maharashtra Shirdi police headquarters division which has 5 police stations under its belt. This Chair yoga session was attended by 40 police officers on duty. It was very much appreciated by all of them and they mentioned that they felt calm and peaceful which was the intention. We are grateful that we could play a minuscule role in giving a session to the Nation Sevaks.
On 7th August 2023, YB teachers Mrs. Vijaya and Ravindra took a Chair Yoga and Mudra session for employees of DELL where participants joined from across the globe and were well received and appreciated by top leaders with complementing feedback.
YB conducted IDY2023 sessions at 26 different places in Bangalore which included corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, and public places.
Free online yoga sessions were conducted by 6 YB teachers from 1st June to 21st June which were attended by 60-plus participants.

YB Women's Wellness awareness happened with a series of talks by expert women speakers on the subject of the four pillars of health-AHARA, VIHARA, ACHARA, VICHARA at our centers. Attended by several women for all the talks on the respective topics. This was received very well by many who found the talks very useful for them.
10th Anniversary of Yoga Bharati was celebrated on Feb 11th 2023. The event was well organized with a book launch by our Guru N V Raghuramji, and cultural events in the presence of stalwarts of Yoga.
10th Anniversary is an important milestone for YB. As a mark of this achievement, the anniversary was made special with some pre-events like Movement Therapy, Art Therapy, Acupressure Therapy, and Swara Nada Dhyana on 21st January 2023.

An initiative by Sankalpa and Yogabharati presented Garbha Vidya an online empowerment program for preconception, pregnancy, and infancy.
Yoga Retreat was organized by Ashwini Rao on 28th October 2023.
The retreat was enjoyed by the participants which had morning intense yoga practice, posture corrections, sound bath relaxation, a fun-filled farm tour, and delicious food.
