I'm a graduate in Economics and worked with a Public Sector General Insurance Company for 32 years, until I took VRS in the year 2020.

 My extreme  passion for teaching and quest for spirituality drew me to Yoga Teacher Training of  Yoga Bharati. Before that, the humility,  passion and Knowledge of the Yoga Bharati teachers profoundly impressed me and the excellent teachings and  satsanghs of Raghuram ji gave me an insight into our Scriptures and Yoga philosophy and found some answers to my quest for Spirituality.

That's how I embarked on my yoga journey, first as a yoga student with YB for three years & still continuing, and then a Yoga teacher, after completing my YTT program with Yoga Bharati in March 2025. My wish is to spread Yoga to as many as I can, and grow & let grow in the process. I truly believe in Saha nau Bhunaktu, the motto of Yoga Bharati.
