• Basics of Sanskrit, diet, and yogic nutrition

• Introduction to major body systems

• Asanas: Alignment, benefits, precautions

• Pranayama and meditation techniques

• Relaxation practices and devotional chanting

• Mudras, kriyas, teaching methodology, class management

• Introduction to specialized yoga: kids’ yoga, corporate yoga
