Krishna Kumar is the Head of Corporate Relations in Yogabharati. Krishnakumar started his journey in the IT sector and Manufacturing sector and continued to work for 27 years. Being a sports person from a young age, he was always drawn to the agility and flexibility that yoga practices brought in and has been practising Yoga since 1989.
After 27 Years in IT, Krishna Kumar felt more drawn to connect with the Nature outside and Within. He chose to move out of IT and got associated with Yogabharati. After completing his YIC in 2019 he has been formally teaching Yoga, conducting group sessions for positive well-being and personal sessions for specific ailments. His intuitive methods of providing healing and cure have benefitted many patients with vertigo, GERD, Depression, vestibular migraine to name a few.
Being a Yoga practitioner and teacher, he believes, has brought a sense of meaning and purpose to connect with himself and others and to be a contributing member in the society.
Krishnakumar is also a nature lover and has taken his passion for the nature outside through practising Natural farming along with his wife and family on his farm “Sankalpa”
His passion includes playing the Djembe which is an African Percussion Instrument, rescuing snakes and travelling for experience.
As Head-Corporate Relations in Yogabharati, he will be helping to explore building partnership programs with Corporates/Hospitals and other institutions to provide holistic healing/well-being of Society
