Dr. Ranjitha is an experienced dental surgeon since 1999 and a certified endodontist specializing in root canal treatments. However, her approach to healthcare goes beyond traditional dentistry & holistic dentistry. She is also a passionate advocate of whole food plant-based lifestyle, holistic health approaches emphasizing the importance of a plant-based diet, and natural hygiene principles.
Dr. Ranjitha recognizes yoga as a powerful tool for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. As a lifestyle coach, she empowers individuals to make sustainable changes in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, emotional well-being, and connection with nature. Her philosophy revolves around nurturing the body, mind, and soul through a 360-degree transformation for holistic healing and unlocking one's full potential for well-being.
She believes in, “Being yoga along with doing Yoga” and “the real yoga starts when we step off the mat” – is what was passionately taught at Yogabharati during Yama Niyama discussions.
She completed RYT 200 from Yogabharati in March 2023 and is passionate about teaching yoga to adults and special needs children. An avid learner for life, Dr Ranjitha has completed certification in Holistic Nutrition, Natural health science, hydrotherapy & vedic and culinary nutrition from IHU & IMANAH, pursuing a Diploma in gut-brain connection from Centre of Excellence, UK and the journey of learning continues.
